Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Shipping Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid Canada Post return shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.
Drop Off Package
Securely pack your PXG gear in its original shipping container and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location or scheduled pickup point.
Inspection and Refund
Our quality control team will inspect the equipment upon arrival; once verified, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
